The diploma thesis deals with the description of the business plan whose main aim is the establishment of an organic poultry eco-farm. The theoretical part specifies the various stages of the business plan and analyzes the current status of organic farms in the Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on the business plan of the establishment of poultry farm and mainly on its creation and there is also the analysis of possible funding from the EU Structural Funds.

The bachelor thesis deals with the management of the village called Senetářov and the aim is to make the realistic business plan for the enlargement of the local Museum of the traditional housing and pearl art. The theoretical part analyzes the economic of the village with the focus on the past incomes and expenses of the museum. In the practical part, there is the business plan of the village that is processed to extend the present museum.

Concept for Motivational System Change in a Selected Company

The objective of this Bachelor thesis is a draft of the change of the motivation system concept in chosen company. Description of the important theoretical concepts like a personal activity, motivation and remuneration which are background for analytical part. Analytical part includes analysis of the motivation system through the questionnaire and interview with the executive. On the base of the analyze is elaborated specific draft new motivation instruments like a language courses allowance, life insurance allowance and supplementary pension saving allowance, transport allowance, contributory fund and a one-off contribution to a collective action.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the support of employment of people with disabilities that is expressed in the legal system which gives a certain obligation to employers to employ these people. Another tool that aims at supporting the employment of these people is various allowances and benefits for their employers. The specific employer uses this support in an optimal way when compared to the legal regulation, therefore, there are not any changes recommended to him in this area because they would have a negative impact to him.

Social Problem - Unemployment and its Solution through Support for Start-ups by the Labour Office

This bachelor thesis deals with the social problem of unemployment and its solution by support for budding entrepreneurs. It focuses on the problem of unemployment and its implications and the work of the Labour Office to solve this problem. In the research section, we have mapped the social work of the employment agency with clients who are considering starting a business for persons who have received a contribution from the Labour Office of the Czech REPUBLIC in the district of České Budějovice in the form of a questionnaire inquiry. In the framework of the research, secondary data analysis was used and research was carried out by inquiry method, questionnaire technique. 300 respondents were approached. Research shows that the social work of the employment agency has been successful and these clients continue their business

This Bachelor Thesis titled "Care subsidy - Social Investigation and Its Success in the Proceedings of the Proposals for Change and Reassessment of the Claim" consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains some concepts and describes the course of the entire process of the application for care subsidy focusing on social research. The practical part contains mainly individual examples of social investigations and their course as well as the results of the whole process, including the comparison of the proposals of the social investigation with the assessment of the medical assessment service.
